Dr. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. She received dual Doctor of Optometry and Master of Science degrees from the New England College of Optometry in 2016. In 2015, the National Board of Examiners in Optometry awarded Dr. He for the highest score received from the institution on Part I of her national board exam.

In 2017, Dr. He completed a post-doctorate residency program at the VA Medical Center in Jamaica Plain, specializing in Primary Eye Care and Ocular Disease. She expanded her skills in diagnosing and managing patients with complex ocular diseases and worked alongside field experts in diverse rotation sites.

In 2019, Dr. He completed a rigorous candidacy process to achieve Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO). This distinction is earned when an optometrist has met high standards of professional competence and is dedicated to advancing the profession.

Dr. He lives in the Upper Valley with her husband Sean and their dog Sam. She enjoys yoga, running, snowboarding, music, and cooking.

Dr. He provides comprehensive eye care with a special interest in ocular disease. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages.

ATTENTION HANOVER EYECARE PATIENTS:

The main lobby at 45 Lyme Road is undergoing construction from 2/2/2026 through 5/30/26.

At times the main entrance to the building will not be accessible. Alternative entrance will be provided and marked accordingly.

During closures our office WILL NOT have elevator access. If you require the use of a wheelchair or if you are unable to climb one flight of stairs, contact the office at 603.643.2140 prior to coming into the office.
